These terms apply when you use the Koachi app or this website. By creating an account you agree to them. Koachi is made by Alexander Libak in Israel ("we"). Questions go to support@koachi.app.

Koachi is in beta

Koachi is still being built. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may limit who can use the beta. Keep anything you can't afford to lose somewhere else as well.

Not medical advice

Koachi helps you log training and food and shows estimates, such as a one-rep max or a calorie target. These are estimates, not medical, dietary or professional advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or eating plan, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an eating disorder, or take medication. Stop exercising and get help if something hurts or feels wrong. You train at your own risk.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Koachi.
Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Don't use Koachi to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get at data that isn't yours, and don't try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You can stop using Koachi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Your data

What you log is yours. You let us store and process it only to run Koachi for you, as the privacy policy describes.

Coaches

If you use Koachi as a coach:

You see a client's data only because they chose to share it with you. Use it only to coach that client, keep it confidential, and don't copy it out of Koachi for any other purpose.
You are responsible for the programs and advice you give your clients, and for any agreement or payment between you and them. Koachi is not a party to it.
Programs you write stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the clients you assign them to.
During the pilot, coach accounts are free and are opened by us by hand. We will tell you before any price applies.

Content in the app

The app, its design, exercise library, starter programs and food catalog belong to us or to the sources we credit in the app. Food data comes from public sources, such as Israel's Ministry of Health, and may contain mistakes.

Paid features

Koachi is free during the beta. If we add a paid plan, its price, what it includes and how to cancel will be shown before you buy, and purchases go through the App Store or Google Play under their terms.

Liability

We provide Koachi as it is, without promises that it will always work or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or injuries that come from using Koachi. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
